Marcy has been an entrepreneur for over 15 years.  She is a Master Barber, Color Specialist, Color Correction Specialist who also specializes in precision cutting, bridal hair & makeup, men’s cuts, and other men’s grooming services.  She was voted the Daily Times Readers Choice Runner Up for Hair Styling in 2017.  She has experience working in the film industry for hair & makeup, and has worked on photoshoots with clients as a stylist and makeup artist as well as life stylist.

People often ask me why I named my business Icon, and what made me think of naming my business Icon. I really admire what the definition of Icon means, and it resonated in me. Icon means a person who is very successful & admired and a widely-known symbol. That being said, I want to be an Icon in the hair industry while growing a positive, successful business that grows others in this profession as well as being a positive  influence in hair culture, and in my community – doing it all in the industry that shaped me.

Originally drawn to the beauty world at a young age, Sascha has always had a passion for making others feel confident, cared for, and seen. As a naturally warm and welcoming person, she creates a safe, judgment-free environment. I began my career over 14 years ago as a freelance makeup artist, working with brides to help them feel confident and radiant on their special day. That passion for enhancing natural beauty eventually led me into skincare, where I found my true calling. Today, I specialize in advanced acne and anti-aging treatments, including customized facials, chemical peels, and microneedling. My goal is always to deliver real, lasting results while creating a warm, welcoming space for every client.

I’m also passionate about educating my clients on the importance of a consistent home care routine. We offer a curated selection of professional skincare products, carefully chosen to support their skin goals between visits.
